The dress is from Target's Merino line, purchased in January 2010; the shoes are Fashion Bug's "Beestow" black patent pumps from January 2011. Other accessories are white bow, red jewelry and natural hose. I also added white gloves, for a classy, classic retro feel.
The gloves really give this black-and-white portrait a 1940s feel.
