The dress is part of Target's Merona line from back in January 2010; the shoes are Fioni "Kassie" red patent t-strap pumps from Payless in January 2009. Other accessories are polka-dot bow (isn't it cute?), silver jewelry, scarf, silver belt, and patterned tights.
The black-and-white portraits continue to look good.
