As I've noted before, Fashion Bug is going out of business and having a massive clearance sale ~ this skirt and the one to follow were purchased for a combined $19! Accessories are yellow bow, gold jewelry and belt, patterned tights and Dexter "Lynx" mary-janes from Payless (bought in February 2010).
