Art Experiment

All of my Archie/Archelle cartoons up to now have been cobbled together by careful editing of existing artwork, pasting Archie's face on the girls' bodies and the like.

Now, I'm working on a new idea. Some new software and hardware I've gotten makes it easier for me to do my own drawing right on the computer...so I'm trying out putting together some Archie ideas that way. As a beginning, here are two completed Archie poses. My question to you--do these work?
