Human Mannequins

Over on Thrall's blog, she posted about this video:

Watch the video, read her post and come back.

Okay...Thrall's fantasy ideas are all wonderful, but mine would be a touch different, of course. In mine, the process would be found to be ineffective on true females...so all the female mannequins would be males who are hypnotically convinced they are female. This might lead to some interesting ideas:

Long-term rentals to places that want living transgender "dolls", for instance; or "art" displays of "models" with feminine figures and hard sissy-cocks...

What would your ideas be?

July Dressing 2--Zebra Stripes

One of my fave dresses...and still my own hair.

The zebra-print dress is from Target's Merino line in January 2010; the shoes are Isaac Mizrahi black Mary-Jane pumps from Target in November 2007. Other accessories are the red fedora, red belt, and red jewelry.

Only one portrait came out well enough to post:

Next dressing probably not until late in August; you have until July 31 to respond to the survey at the right (details here)!

July Dressing 1--My Own Hair

I haven't done a wigless photo shoot in ages, but the temps here have been so horrendous I thought I'd give it a try, for comfort's sake. (Same reason I'm bare-legged.)

The yellow striped t-shirt is from Kmart's Jaclyn Smith line in April 2015; the black faux leather skirt is from Target's Xhilaration line in October 2013; the shoes are Predictions Comfort Plus "Janine" yellow patent pumps, from Payless in May 2015. Other accessories are a yellow bow, and black=and-white jewelry.

These were shot with no ambient light in the room except what was coming through the windows at about 5:30 in the evening...so the result is a bit different in both contrast and color from normal, even after adjustment.

The portraits are just "OK," I think:

There's one more outfit to post from this session; you have until July 31 to respond to the survey at the right (details here)!

On Your Knees

My friend and "protege" Gwen and I have a monthly game we play. She sends me a provocative photo of a dominant woman, I manipulate it and add text and send it back, all under the heading "On Your Knees".

Usually, we keep this just between ourselves, but the one for this month so impressed Gwen she suggested I post it here.

In Memoriam: Noel Neill

The world's most famous girl reporter, Lois Lane, was most famously played by Noel Neill in two serials and a TV series that has passed into our cultural history.

Noel Neill died over the weekend at the age of 95. Though she rarely worked as an actress after the series ended in the 1950s, a victim of type-casting, she never spoke ill of her experiences on the show, regarding her co-stars George Reeves and Jack Larson as friends.

Like many comics fans of my generation, I mourn her loss.

Independence Day Repeat

Here's a posting from back in 2011:

Last week I got into a somewhat heated discussion with my wife about the story of NBC Sports "editing" the Pledge of Allegiance in a patriotic montage they used in their coverage of the US Open. (They took out the part where the class of kids said "under God".) I argued that we had made a fetish of this piece of much-edited 19th Century doggerel ("under God" was added in the 1950s, "indivisible" sometime before that) and that I would much rather our schoolkids memorized something with real meaning to our nation's values. Asked what that should be, I responded, "How about the Preamble to the Constitution?" I think that is something schoolkids should recite every morning, rather than an oath of allegiance to a piece of cloth.

Well, we're coming up on Independence Day, so I went looking for something to celebrate with here. I'd have loved to find the musical version of the Preamble I sang in Junior High School chorus (but all I could find was the Schoolhouse Rock song--it's cute, but doesn't have the drama of the one we sang). Instead, here's a little kitsch...William Shatner as James Kirk, from the Star Trek episode "The Omega Glory". Like anything Shatner does, it's a touch over the top, but....

Happy Fourth to you all!

June Dressing 12--Mesmerized Male Maid

I wanted to do something different again...so I worked up the eyes here the way I do when indicating hypnotic trance in my photo manipulations and artwork.

The maid's dress is a Hallowe'en costume bought at Party City back in 2014; the shoes are Dollhouse "Margaretta" black pumps with metal heels, from Shoe Dept. in January 2010. Other accessories are a white bow, silver jewelry, lace patterned hose, and three underlayers--two petticoats and a crinoline!

This portrait gives a closer look at the eye effect:

June Dressing 11--Paint the Town Red...

...in this scandalously tight body-con dress.

The red stretch dress is by Suzy Shier, bought at Annie Sez in February 2015; the shoes are Fioni "Hilt" red patent pumps, from Payless in November 2009. Other accessories are a red bow, black-and-white jewelry, and diamond-patterned hose.

A couple of portraits:

One final outfit tomorrow; and you have until July 15 to respond to the survey at the right (details here)!
