MIstress Lola Speaks

More thoughts from my hypno-mistress:

1. Being hypnotized can become addictive (I know it is for me, to some extent). Is hypnotizing someone--being the hypnotist, not the subject--equally addictive?

For some people I imagine it is. Certainly the first time you learn how to hypnotise others, you just want to do it to everyone you meet. I don't know that I've ever been addicted to it as such...it's not like I need to hypnotise someone to get through the day or anything like that. I'd liken it more to discovering a new TV show you enjoy - you might binge watch it at first, but after a while you start watching it at a more relaxed pace. Certainly for me it's become more of a every-so-often pleasure rather than an addiction. I suppose because there's more work involved looking after the subject, guiding them, making sure they are kept comfortable, making sure their desires are met etc. There's too much to do for it to be a simple pleasure, like smoking or gambling or other things one can become addicted to.

2. A more general question: What is the "kinky" scene in the UK like? Are there regular places for those with a fetish--be it hypno, fem-dom, cross-dressing, whatever--to get together? (I realize the pandemic has probably put a halt to most of that for now.)

I imagine it has, but honestly I wouldn't know. I'm aware that some places have a 'mash', which is where people with kinky interests can meet up with each other (I believe there's one in my city, though I've never been to confirm), but I'm not sure about anything official. I suppose crossdressers might enjoy Blackpool, where I know there's at least one hotel that caters to crossdressers and transgenders, and Manchester's Canal Street is a good place for people to visit (think of it as Manchester's gay village). Quite a few cities seem to have their version of Canal Street (I know there's a gay quarter in Birmingham for example), but for specific fetish meet-ups, I can only imagine it's word-of-mouth events. To be honest I've never really been invited to anything like that, so I can't say for certain.

Seamstress Memories

Paula Gaikowski, contributing to Femulate, talks about how her mother's sewing skills aided her early cross-dressing:

The sewing room was a tornado of gowns, dresses, piles of materiel and closets filled with previous creations. I wasn’t athletic and happily gave up my baseball glove to play fashion model in front of the three-sided mirror.

Often losing track of time, when shortly after five my Dad would rumbled through the back door. I could change out of a full-length gown complete with foundation garments, hose and heels, into jeans and t-shirt in about 60 seconds. If that had been a track and field event, I surely would have been All-American!

I could sew zippers, buttons, buttonholes and hems. My Mom would put me to work during the spring season when she would make dresses for bridesmaids and proms. At 25 cents per button and buttonhole and $1 for zippers and hems, I was happy in more way than one way.

It didn’t take me long to put my new skills to work for myself. All the girls in my 8th grade class were wearing these above the knee mini dresses with either black or white fishnet stockings. I decided to make my own and went to work after school in the basement, cutting the pattern, sewing the facing and darts, then the zipper and finally the hem. A simple black shift, I wore it with pride and spent hours after school wearing it around the empty house.

Hypno-Session: Bubbles' Bimbofying Kiss

Wednesday I had my 45th (!) session with Mistress Lola, one in which I had requested to be my air-headed self, Bubbles...and Mistress invented a new twist on that persona.

The trance-script is here.

Mistress Lola Speaks

More thoughts from my hypno-mistress:

1. Have you ever considered having two subjects in trance at the same time, so they interact with each other as well as you?

Absolutely. I may have mentioned my 'harem' at some point? I used to trance them while they were all sat at the same computer, and make them share a group fantasy. However, I'll be the first to admit that text chat hypnosis is not ideal for multiple subjects. First, sharing a keyboard is tricky. Second, the more subjects you have, the harder it is to react to each one and ensure they are enjoying the trance. You have to ensure each subject goes deep without forgetting to reinforce the other subjects. So that's one that's certainly possible with text trance, but is better saved for a live or video session. And speaking of...

2. Have you ever done a video session with a subject--Zoom, Skype, whatever? Is that something you would like to do?

I have in the past - back then it was via the video feed of a chatroom. It definitely has its advantages over text-based hypnosis, and it's fantastic to be able to see the subject's reactions. However, I find a lot of subjects (certainly first time ones, and particularly those who want to be feminised) prefer not showing their face on camera. There's certainly more vulnerability involved, in that you have to be exposed for your true self (as it were), and to be honest, you have to go at quite a different pace than you do for the text trances that I'm more experienced in. So while yes, video trances are fun, I can understand why people are reluctant to do them.

Mistress Lola Speaks

More thoughts from my hypno-mistress:

1. A common theme in our sessions is taking me in trance to a public place--shopping, a salon, a club. Have you ever done that with someone in real life?

No I haven't, although naturally I wish I could sometimes. Part of the reason it shows up in our sessions so much is because I know you like salons and clubs, but also because I think it's a pretty common fantasy to just be out doing something normal and then suddenly being hypnotised along the way. But it would be too difficult to pull off in real life. Too many distractions, too much pressure on the subject, too much going on. It just wouldn't work, which is why it's limited to fantasy.

2. I have seen on line reports on conventions for erotic hypnosis fetishists, or panels/meetings of them at science-fiction or comics conventions. Have you ever participated in something like that? Would you like to?

I'm hardly well-known enough to be asked to do something like that. I suppose it would be kinda fun to do, but I'm not aware of any such conventions taking place near to me. The ones I have been to have very much been sci-fi or comic focused, no sign of any eroticism. I wouldn't be opposed to attending such a convention though if the opportunity arose.
