The black-and-white jungle print dress with an empire waist is by Chaps, purchased at Kohls in March 2011; the shoes are Dollhouse "Harlot" croc-print pumps from Shoe Dept. in January 2010; other accessories are red bow, red jewelry, and patterned tights.
I like this portrait...and I'm surprised the new darker foundation is working as well as it is.
