Because It's June 3

Am I wrong? Does this not look like a Catholic school uniform? It's my blue corduroy plaid jumper (from Target) over a crisp white blouse (Kmart).



Accessories are white hair bow, red jewelry, white belt, white hose, and black mary-janes.
