The top is part of the Basic Editions line at Kmart, bought in January 2011; the skirt is by JK America, a thrift shop find in April 2012; the shoes are Mossimo "Velda" red baby-doll oxford pumps from Target in August 2008. Other accessories are white bow, gold jewelry, black belt, and burgundy tights.
