OK ~ all the fashion experts say we "big girls" should not wear horizontal stripes but, tell me true, doesn't this look terrific? I think the horizontals emphasize both my boobs and my waist, don't you? Another new dress from Kmart's Attention line.

Accessories are blue bow, silver jewelry, natural hose and black pumps with metal heels.
