The blue cowlneck sweater dress is by Mossimo, from Target in January 2010; the shoes are Fioni "In the Mix" navy felt peep-toe pumps, from Payless in February 2011. Other accessories are blue and black cloche hat, silver jewelry, and natural hose.
I usually like my portraits in hats, but this is definitely one of the best.
