The blue v-neck sweater is from Target's Merona line, bought in February 2009; the black watch tartan skirt is by Cape Cod Sportswear, found in a thrift shop in February 2012; the shoes are Mossimo "Valonia" blue patent pumps, from Target in March 2009. Other accessories are a white bow, scarf, gold jewelry, and natural hose.
If you haven't figured it out by now, the theme for October (with a couple of exceptions) is sweaters.
