October Dressing 9--Garden Party?

I always think this looks like what a society dame would wear to a garden party, right down to the gloves and hat.



The blue suitdress is by Jenny and was found in a thrift shop in August 2011; the shoes are Karen Ornament pumps, from Payless in March 2015. Other accessories are the white hat, pearls, white gloves, and dark-tone natural hose.
