The lacy top is by Avenue of the Stars, and the floral skirt by George, both from Wal-Mart in June 2012; the shoes are Lela Rose Unforgettable Moments "Nathalie" white pumps from Payless in April 2010. Other accessories are the white hat, and blue jewelry. It's gotten muggy again, so bare legs ruled the day.
