The red t-shirt is from Wal-Mart's White Stag line, purchased in June 2010; the maker of the blue pleated skirt is unknown ~ it was a thrift shop find in June 2012 and the tags were removed; the shoes are Bongo "Ferona" red plaid peep-toe mary-janes from Kmart in August 2010. Other accessories are red and blue bows (yes, both), scarf, silver jewelry (new earrings and necklace!), white belt, and natural hose.
