September Dressing Five--Skirt and Blouse

I didn't know what else to call this...



The shiny striped blouse is by Gitano, a thrift shop find in March 2014; the black swing skirt is by JBS Ltd., bought at Fashion Bug in March 2011 (gee, do I miss Fashion Bug!); the shoes are Isaac Mizrahi black mary-janes, from Target in November 2007 (my very first pair of shoes when I started dressing again). Other accessories are a shiny bow, and black-and-white jewelry.
