The dress is from the Converse One-Star line at Target from January 2009; the shoes are Mossimo "Velda" red baby-doll oxford pumps, also from Target in August 2008. Other accessories are red fedora, scarf, red jewelry, and red belt. Bare legs rule as the humidity increases again.
