Better Bimbo

I promised more of these...and since I probably won't be dressing this week, it seemed like the right time:

Groundhog Week 4

Well, when I do it right, that figure shaper really makes a difference. The only word for these shots is "va-va-va-voom!" For the record, this is my short-sleeve V-neck navy sweater and the red stretch miniskirt.





It's all worn with the colorful scarf, white hair bow, silver jewelry, wide black belt, fishnet hose, and new red spike heels from Payless. Here's a closer look at those new shoes:



An interesting point about my latest shoe purchases. The local store didn't have either of those styles in my usual size 11...but they did have them in size 10W--which turned out to be a very good fit. I may have to keep an eye on that from now on.

Groundhog Week 3

This is the first outfit I modeled for the camera on Tuesday. These were bought last spring to go together, both from Kmart's Jaclyn Smith line. The shoes were purchased around the same time from Payless and the color is a nice match to some of the colors in the skirt.





Accessories: pale blue hair band, gold jewelry, white hose.

Groundhog Week 2

I'm getting behind in posting these pics...

This is the outfit I wore later on Monday...it consists of a gray Riders blouse, black below-the-knee skirt with a pretty hem, and the red jacket from Burlington. I'm not sure if it all worked together as I wished.





Accessories are red hairband, gold jewelry, black hose and new lynx-print mary-janes from Payless. Here's a closer look at those sexy new shoes:

Groundhog Week

My first outfit for the beginning of February is the Converse t-shirt dress. I went for a truly monochromatic look here...with a black belt, black and white jewelry, black hairband, and white sandals.





You might notice my figure looking a bit trimmer here. I broke out the body shaper I bought way back when I started dressing again...and I think I'll be doing it more often.

Last Week in January 6

Much delayed, here are the pics from the final dressing session last week. This is a pale pink-striped blouse from the Lee Riders line, paired with my denim skirt.





It's dressed up with the pink hair bow, pink scarf, silver jewelry, taupe hose and pink pumps.
