The dress with the brushstroke print is from Fashion Bug in September 2011; the shoes are Christian Siriano "Shanghai" neutral peep-toe pumps, from Payless in April 2011. Other accessories are a scarf tied in a floppy bow, new crystal jewelry, and natural hose.
