September Dressing Two--Black-and-White

I have a lot of black-and-white items in my wardrobe--so many that I consciously avoid buying anymore...



The black-and-white t-bar dress is from Fashion Bug in January 2011; the shoes are Kacey spectator perforated pumps from Payless in March 2015. Other accessories are a white bow, black belt, and red jewelry. Still bare-legged.
