The white man-tailored blouse is from Target's Merona line in December 2015; the indigo palazzo pants are from Kmart's Attention line in April 2015; the shoes are Dollhouse "Margaretta" black pumps with metal heels from Shoe Dept. in January 2010. Other accessories are a blue floral headband, silver jewelry, and silver belt.
I love the way these pants drape, especially in seated photos.
