The blue-and-silver blouse is from Kmart's Jaclyn Smith line, but found in a thrift shop in July 2015; the white skirt is by New York & Co., bought at Forman Mills in June 2013; the shoes are "Karen Ornament" peep-toe pumps from Payless in March 2015. Other accessories are a shiny bow, crystal jewelry, blue belt and natural hose.
