i have no idea, but its my guess due to her postition, and the fact that the mother doesn't remember, neither does the daughter,...
while the son will just play dumb and stay quiet.

Maybe both of them started out as boys. The mother brainwashed them to make them think they were brother and sister before turning them into cocksuckers. It allowed each boy to believe that he was the actual sister and the other was the brother. It made the initial training that much easier to "swallow".
